A house with a lot of icecicles and text saying don't let ice dams ruin your roof. Protect your home with heat tape!

Prevent Winter Woes

It’s warm out now, but it’s actually the best time to think about winterizing your home—before snow and ice arrive. Scheduling now means faster installs, better weather for crews, and no scrambling once winter hits.

Heat Tape Prevents Costly Repairs

Ice dams can cost thousands when they cause water leaks and damage to your roof and gutters. Heat tape is a simple investment that pays for itself by avoiding major repairs later. It keeps snow melt flowing properly, preventing backups, leaks, and costly insurance claims.

Trusted by Homeowners Across Flagstaff

Flagstaff Heat Tape is locally owned and deeply rooted in this mountain community. We’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured with an A-rating from the Better Business Bureau. We know exactly what your roof needs to stay protected through harsh winters. Our systems are reliable, automatic, and built to last—installed by a team you can count on.
