PRESENTED BY PEAK PERFORMANCE CRYO & RECOVERY

Alex and Danielle stand together in front of a tree outside of Peak Performance - a dark green building the used to be a house.

At Peak Performance Cryo & Recovery we’re proud to bring a new approach to wellness and recovery to Flagstaff. We believe recovery is about more than rest. It’s about helping you stay active, feel your best, and keep doing the things you love.

Whether you’re an athlete, weekend adventurer, recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply focused on living a healthier, longer life, we’re here to help.

Our science-backed services include cryotherapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression, PEMF, and performance testing, all delivered in a private, welcoming environment.

Come see what Peak Performance Cryo & Recovery is all about. We’d love to meet you, show you around, and help you take the next step toward better recovery and better health.
