PRESENTED BY JUST FEET AHEAD EXPLORATION COACHING

Snowy mountains with text overlay: Discover new ways of being and the courage to take on challenges and changes through exploration of nature, creativity, movement, and human connection that leads to sustainable self-led growth.

As helpful as it can be for some, the reality is traditional talk therapy approaches to mental health don’t work for everyone. Sustainable health and wellbeing involves a balance of physical, emotional, relational, and psychological aspects.

To achieve that balance my approach at Just Feet Ahead Exploration Coaching incorporates:

  • movement,

  • creativity

  • nature

  • genuine human connection and dialogue

  • a client-driven structure that we design together

Session lengths are tailored to you. They can go over time, or be extended to match what you need that day. You decide if the focus is on discussion, physical activity, getting out in nature, creative or art therapy, or a mix of elements. You are not on a therapy assembly line but are my primary focus.

Visit Just Feet Ahead or email me: [email protected] to learn more and schedule a free consultation to determine if my approach is a good fit for your life and needs.
