🛤 Flagstaff Regional Land Use Public Hearings

Want a say in the direction Flagstaff takes when it comes to land-use and development decisions? The City of Flagstaff will hold a Citizen’s Review Session and three public hearings, beginning this month, to consider adoption of the Flagstaff Regional Plan 2045. The Regional Plan sets high-level guidance for policy decisions over the next decade.

How you can be involved now:

• Wednesday August 27th, 4pm, City Hall Council Chambers.

Public Hearings - focused on whether the plan’s content meets requirements for adoption and is supported by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. Each will include time for public comment.

• Flagstaff Planning and Zoning Commission – Public Hearing #1 Wednesday, September 10, 4-7:30pm, Flagstaff Aquaplex

• Flagstaff Planning and Zoning Commission – Public Hearing #2 Wednesday, September 24, starting at 4pm, City Hall Council Chambers

• Flagstaff City Council Public Hearing Thursday, October 9, starting at 3pm, City Hall Council Chambers
