AROUND TOWN
🚗 Years of planning are coming together as Flagstaff is officially kicking off it’s Route 66 centennial this month. Though, technically, Route 66 didn’t really connect through Flagstaff until November 1926. Check out all the celebratory events this weekend, visit Route 66 displays at NAU and the Downtown Library and submit photos and documents of your personal connection to Route 66.
🛝McMillan Mesa Playground off of Switzer Canyon is getting a makeover with new playground equipment. The chatter is that it should be open soon.
